Order & payment

In the Netherlands, Bradley’s can be easily ordered via our webshop or via our partners. It is also possible to order Bradley’s abroad. Contact us for more information about the possibilities.

At this moment is it not possible to create an account on our english site. We recommend you click on the NL language option and continue your purchase in Dutch.

For shipments within The Netherlands, we use DHL.

Possible causes: What you can check: 1. Has the correct e-mail address been entered? 2. Has the email landed in your spam box (junk mail)? There may also have been a glitch at the bank or payment provider that caused the payment to get stuck in an interim account. This amount will be automatically refunded within a few working days, thereby cancelling the order. Our advice in such an instance is to place the order again.

The standard delivery time is 3 working days.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. It is only possible to place an order with a Chamber of Commerce number and a VAT number.

Returns are only possible if damage is ascertained upon delivery or if the wrong item has been delivered. If this proves to be the case, please contact us as soon as possible.

Yes, prices do not include VAT.

There is no minimum order value. Orders over 80 Euros will be shipped free of charge.
